USPTO Extends Certain Patent and Trademark Deadlines to June 1

On Tuesday, April 28, 2020, the USPTO announced further extensions to “the time to file certain patent and trademark-related documents and to pay certain required fees, which otherwise would have been due between March 27 and May 31, to June 1, 2020”. Particularly, among other details available here, the USPTO announced:

                

Importantly, this supersedes the USPTO’s previous COVID-19-related notices of March 16 and 31, 2020 (see our previous posts here and here, respectively), and the USPTO remains open for filing of documents and fees.
